- Dropshipping is offered to Companies at our discretion. If you wish to open a dropshipping account, please email sales@funkycrab.co.uk with your details.
- All the products on our website are available for dropshipping.
- You are responsible for providing us with the correct details. We will not take responsibility for orders that have gone missing due to incorrect delivery details.
- Orders must be paid for in advance by Credit card or Debit Card. We may be able to offer account facilities for our dropshipping service subject to satisfactory checks being carried out.
- We will take responsibility for resending any missing parcels. However, prior to us resending the parcel you are responsible for:
· requesting the customer to first check their address is correct.
· checking you have given us the correct address.
· ensuring the customer has checked the parcel is not at their local Royal Mail collection office (whether a card has been left or not).
6. The majority of our collection is held in stock. However, on occasion deliveries may be delayed or alternatively a line may be discontinued. We will send you an out of stock email as soon as an item becomes unavailable.
7. Any items that are faulty should be returned to us and a replacement will be sent free of charge. In such circumstances you will need to advise your customer of our return delivery address or if you prefer, they can return the item to you and then you can forward it onto us at your expense. If the item is no longer in stock then we will either refund your debit or credit card or if you have a credit account with us, a credit note will be issued. It will then be your responsibility to refund the customer.
8. If you wish, we will send your customer a delivery note which we obtain from your emailed order. There will be NO mention of our Company on any correspondence that we send direct to your customers. We will also send you an Invoice for each order placed (If more than one order is received on the same day, we may combine these orders on your Invoice).
9. We reserve the right to terminate the dropshipping scheme at any time with immediate effect.
