Q: My delivery states it will be with Royal Mail and may take 3 - 5 working days, is there anyway I can upgrade to a quicker service?
A: Yes, you can upgrade to a 48 hour delivery service with a signed courier please contact us direct on 08444 151434 to upgrade.
Q: We have placed our order, but do not have a paypal account, do you accept any other methods of payment?
A: We can now accept All Uk Major Debit and Credit Cards, Cheques are also accepted, please contact us direct to make a card payment
Q: We live outside the UK can we in pay in our own currency and will you deliver internationally?
A: We are able to offer international shipping for the majority of our products to a large range of destinations, please contact us direct for any international orders.
Q: How do I know my order has been processed successfully ?
A: Once your order and payment has been made you will recive Two Email Confirmations, one from ourselves and another from Paypal. If no paypal payemnt is made then unless payment is made direct the order will not be processed.
Q: Is there any where we can dispose of old electrical items ?
A: Yes, you can take old electrical items along to designated re-cycling centres. The link below will help find the nearest one to you.

Q: Is there a cut off point for a friday delivery ?
A: If you can confirm your order and payment before 12:00 Wednesday we can get your order out for deliver on Friday. If you order is being processed by Royal Mail then please call us direct where we can upgrade your delivery.
If you have placed an order and your delivery fee states TBC, do not be alarmed, we will contact you the following working day to advise a delivery fee before your order will be processed, please note no orders will be processed where no payment is made.
