Delivery
All goods are despatched from our warehouse within 2 working days after your order and payment has been accepted.
Orders less than 1.75kg will be delivered Via Royal Mail 1st Class Post.
Orders over 1.75kg are sent on a NEXT DAY service via our nominated courier and will require a signature upon delivery.
Should our courier be unable to make the delivery, they will leave a calling card with details on how to re-schedule another delivery. It is vital that you contact them to arrange another delivery time. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, they will return the goods to us and an additional re-delivery charge will be payable.
You can track your parcel online at FEDEX.com using your consignment reference. Alternatively, you can call them direct on 08456 070809 (Lines open Monday - Friday 08:00 until 19:00, 08:30-12:30 Saturdays, excluding UK public and Bank Holidays. Calls charged at national rate.
Orders to Jersey/Scottish Highlands/Guernsey/Southern & Northern Ireland/Scottish Islands/Isle of Wight or BFPO addresses will be sent Royal Mail. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery
Please note that post and packaging is a vatable service which includes an element which is vat exempt. The letter of VAT notice 700/24 applies. If the goods supplied are liable for VAT, then ANY postage or delivery charge is liable for VAT at the same rate, even if the cost of stamps from the Post Office are zero-rated.
All orders received after 12:00 midday can not be processed till the following working day.

Please note due to EU rules we can not ship any electrical item outside of the UK.
Delivery of Large Goods
The 16ft Sequioa Spirit & 16ft Ultra Frame will require special attention when accepting delivery, both these products require a minimum of 3 adults to assist the carrier driver with delivery. The Carrier will deliver the Swimming Pools to the front of the property and are under no obligation to move to the back of the property or any other such place.
The 16ft Sequioa Spirit will be delivered in a cardboard outer case with 3 individual boxes inside.

Please note: This product will be delivered on a pallet (104 x 83cm)
The 16ft Ultra Frame comes complete in one box

Right To Cancel
If you have placed an order in error or change your mind about the goods, please inform us within 24 hours.
Should you have place an order you will receive an email confirmation, please email us the Order Invoice Number and we will cancel your order.
Where payemnt has also been made please call us direct on 08444 151434 where we can cancel your order and refund any payments made.
Please note, if you contact us outside of 24 hours there is a strong chance your order may already be on its way.
Faulty Goods & Returns
In the unlikely event of a fault with any Intex Swimming Pool or Heater, please contact them directly on 0844 561 7129
Please contact us BEFORE returning any goods to our warehouse.
We will accept returns for items that are unused and unopened provided they are returned within 30 days of receiveing your order along with a copy of the invoice.
We will happily exchange any faulty goods with a suitable replacement where possible, if for any reason this is not possible due to an item being unavailable, we will refund the item in full. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, as once outside 30 days we cann no longer offer a refund.
For items that are returned due to failed or unaccepted deliveries, no postage refund will be offered.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
