Delivery
All goods are despatched within 2 working days after your order and payment has been accepted.
Orders weighing less than 1.5kg will be delivered Via Royal Mail
Orders over 1.5kg will be delivered by our nominated courier and will require a signature upon delivery.
Should our courier be unable to make the delivery, they will leave a calling card with details on how to re-schedule another delivery. It is vital that you contact them to arrange another delivery time. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful the item will be returned to us and an additional re-delivery charge will be payable.
You can track your parcel online using your consignment reference. Alternatively, you can call them direct. Calls charged at national rate.
Orders to Jersey/Scottish Highlands/East Coast Scotland/Guernsey/Southern & Northern Ireland/Scottish Islands/Isle of Wight or BFPO addresses will be sent via Royal Mail and may incur an additional delivery fee. Please allow 3 - 5 working days from date of despatch for delivery.
We have an environmental policy of using minimal packaging and recyclable materials. If possible, please re-use any packaging. Not only will this help save the trees but will also save space in your wheelie bin.

Delivery of Large Goods
The 16ft Sequoia Spirit & 16ft Ultra Frame Pools will require special attention when accepting delivery; both these products require a minimum of 4 adults to assist the carrier driver with delivery. The Courier will deliver the Swimming Pools to the front of the property and are under no obligation to move any package to the back of the property or any other such place.
The 16ft Sequoia Spirit will be delivered in a cardboard outer case with 3 individual boxes inside.

Please note: These pools will be delivered on a pallet (104 x 83cm) which the courier is under no obligation to dismantle or remove.
Special Offer Price
From time to time we have items returned to ourselves due to damaged packaging. These items will be clearly highlighted stating SPECIAL OFFER PRICE. The price advertised is subject only to that listing and is not transferable onto any further listings of the same or similar item. If the item is returned, any postage fees paid or collection fees incurred will not be refunded. If you have any queries please contact the sales team before ordering.
Right To Cancel
You have the right under the Distance Selling Laws to cancel any order within 7 days of delivery.
To cancel an order you must email us within 7 days from delivery stating that you wish your order to be cancelled along with your name, address, invoice number and relevant order number. We will then contact you to confirm a return address. Goods must be returned to us unopened and in the original packaging.
Please note: Postage costs cannot be refunded.
Faulty Goods & Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us.
If you have placed an order in error or change your mind about the goods, please inform us within 24 hours by email and remember to include your Order Invoice Number and Paypal Transaction ID and we will email you to confirm your order has been cancelled and any payments refunded.
Please note, if you contact us outside of 24 hours then it is probable that your order may already be on its way and delivery fees will be not be refundable.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your order to us in its original condition within 14 days from the date of receipt and we will issue a refund for the price paid for the item.
(Please note: original delivery and return delivery costs are payable by the customer).
If you are returning an item due to an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage.
Please email us before returning any item so we may issue a returns reference and return label for your use to ensure your prompt refund.
In the unlikely event of a fault with any Intex Swimming Pool or Heater, please contact them directly on 0844 561 7129.
For International Orders where an item is found faulty within 14 days of receipt a replacement or refund may be offered.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any item returned in a non re-saleable condition.
